Terms of Use

Book a conversation through our scheduling calendar. CRM follow-up is available with your permission. SMS is not available yet.

These terms govern your use of the Intelliva LLC website and its communication features. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Paid services, training, and implementation engagements may have separate written agreements that govern their scope, payment, cancellation, and support.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting an appointment. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, submit malicious material, or use it to send unsolicited communications. You must be authorized to share any business information you submit.

Information and AI assistance

Website content is general educational and business information. Our AI assistant is an automated system, not a human representative. Its responses may contain mistakes or omit context. Do not treat them as professional legal, financial, or other regulated advice, or as a binding commitment by Intelliva.

The assistant may help explain our services, gather information you choose to provide, and use connected tools for requested actions. Review appointment details before confirming. A booking is confirmed only after the calendar system reports success; if a tool is unavailable, the assistant should tell you rather than claim the action was completed.

Appointments and service agreements

Requesting or booking an introductory conversation does not purchase a service or establish a paid engagement. We will agree on any paid scope and terms separately. Contact us if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

Intelliva SMS program terms

Intelliva LLC offers two optional text message programs from (479) 324-3930. Each has its own opt-in; agreeing to these terms alone does not enroll you in either.

  • Appointment texts. Confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and replies to questions you asked us to answer by text, for meetings you booked with Intelliva. Enroll by ticking the appointment-texts box and entering your mobile number on the booking form at intellivagroup.com/book, or by saying yes when our phone assistant asks whether you want reminders by text at the number you are calling from. Message frequency varies with your appointments.
  • Updates and resources. A worksheet or guide link you requested, and occasional announcements about Intelliva training cohorts, events, and services. Up to 4 messages per month. Enroll by ticking the updates box on the booking form, or by texting WORKSHEET, START, or JOIN to (479) 324-3930.
  • Optional consent. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. A phone number supplied for another purpose is not SMS consent, and appointment texts do not include marketing. Consent applies only to Intelliva and the selected program.
  • Charges. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from Intelliva texts. You will receive one final confirmation, then no further messages unless you opt in again. Other clear requests to stop are also honored.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message or email team@intellivagroup.com.
  • Delivery. Delivery depends on your carrier and other providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies.
  • Your number. Only enroll a number you control. Tell us if you change or relinquish that number.
  • Privacy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Content and third-party services

Intelliva and its licensors retain rights in the website’s original content and design. You may use resources offered for download in your own organization, subject to any terms included with them. Do not misrepresent our content as your own or resell it without permission. Third-party tools and linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful, accurate website content, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free information. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date on this page. Material changes to messaging purposes require the consent applicable to the new program. For questions, contact Intelliva LLC at team@intellivagroup.com.
