Do I need to know how to code?
No. This class is for owners, managers, and staff who want help with everyday work. We start with the task, not the technology, and choose an approach that fits your experience.
What should I bring?
A laptop is completely optional. You can watch, ask questions, and take notes without one. To build along, bring a reliable Windows or Mac laptop and charger. We recommend at least 8 GB RAM, with 16 GB preferable, an updated browser, and working Wi-Fi. Have one paid ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable AI subscription set up and signed in before class. Subscription costs are separate. No computer or subscription purchase is needed just to watch and learn. Before class, send a message in your AI tool and switch between it and a document with several browser tabs open. Finish updates and test your login. If your computer freezes or struggles, contact us before class. Bring one repetitive task, and remove confidential information from any examples you share.
Will we use ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex?
We will choose the tool that fits your task rather than rush through all three. You do not need accounts for every tool. If you are unsure what to set up, email us before class.
What is an AI agent?
Think of it as AI with a job to do: your instructions, your examples, and access to the tools it needs. You define the task and the rules. We help you build and test it.
Will it run automatically?
Where the task and tools support it, yes, on a schedule or when something happens. Other tasks should stop for your review. We will help you set those boundaries and approve what the agent can access or send. Any required tool subscriptions are separate from the class fee.
Can I send someone from my team?
Yes. Choose the person who does the task and knows what a good result looks like. Include their name and email when you reserve. For multiple seats, email team@intellivagroup.com.
Do I have to come every Tuesday?
No. Come to any Tuesday in the month you pick, as many as you need. Most people need two: one to build the automation and one to fix what it missed. A simple task can be done in one. Come back as often as you want that month to fix the misses or start a second task.
Can I start in October?
Yes. A November seat starts early on Tuesday, October 27, at no extra cost. There is no class on October 20.
What if my plans change?
You can receive a full refund up to seven days before your first Tuesday. After that, transfer your seat to a colleague or move it to the next month. Email team@intellivagroup.com to arrange it.
